Neuerungen 2017 aus der Lebens- und Krankenversicherung
zum 01.01.2017 treten sowohl in der Lebens- als auch in der Krankenversicherung wichtige Änderungen in Kraft, über die wir Sie gerne informieren möchten.
1. Einheitliches Produktinformationsblatt für Riester- und Rürup-Produkte
Für staatlich geförderte Altersvorsorgeprodukte wird im Laufe des Jahres 2017 ein einheitliches Produktinformationsblatt eingeführt. Auf insgesamt zwei Seiten müssen die wichtigsten Angaben zu den Produkteigenschaften von Riester- und Basisrenten-Produkten aufgeführt sein. Dazu gehören
- Das Chance-Risiko-Profil
- Die erwartete Ablaufleistung bzw. die Rentenhöhe
- Die Höhe der Effektivkosten
- Kosten bei vorzeitiger Vertragsauflösung bzw. Anbieterwechsel
Der damit einhergehende Vorteil ist z. B. die Vergleichbarkeit verschiedener Produktarten. Bei Riester können somit Versicherungen, Fonds, Bauspar-Riester-Verträge oder Banksparpläne verglichen werden. Das Produktinformationsblatt muss dem Kunden, wie bis dato auch, vor Vertragsabschluss ausgehändigt werden.
2. Rürup-Rente
Ab 01. Januar 2017 erhöhen sich die Sonderausgaben, die in der Steuererklärung als Beiträge in die Rürup-Rente vom zu versteuernden Einkommen abgezogen werden können. Diese erhöhen sich auf zukünftig 84 % statt der in 2016 möglichen 82 %.
Ebenfalls ändert sich der mögliche Höchstbetrag. Dieser wird von bislang 22.766 Euro für Alleinstehende und 45.532 Euro für Verheiratete auf 23.362 Euro bzw. 46.724 Euro angehoben.
Personen, die in 2017 in Rente gehen, müssen zukünftig 74 % statt der in 2016 geltenden 72 % versteuern. Dieser Beteuerungssatz ist einmalig bezogen auf das Renteneintrittsalter festgelegt und wird in den Folgejahren für die Personen, die bereits Rente beziehen, nicht weiter erhöht.
3. Betriebliche Altersversorgung
Gerne möchten wir Sie auch über die wichtigen Kennzahlen der betrieblichen Altersversorgung informieren, die ab 01.01.2017 Gültigkeit haben.
- Steuerfreie Höchstbeiträge für Direktversicherung, Pensionskasse, Pensionsfonds (§ 3 Nr. 63 EStG) 4 % der RV-BBG (West) 76.200 € sind 2.976 € p. a. = 254 € monatlich, zuzüglich 1.800 €* p. a. *für Neuzusagen ab 2005 und sofern keine Nutzung §40b EStG
- Mindestentgeltumwandlung (§ 1a Abs. 1 BetrAVG) 1/160 der Bezugsgröße sind 223,13 p. a. = 18,59 € monatlich
- Höchstgrenze des Übertagungswerts (§ 4 Abs. 3 BetrAVG) RV-BBG (West) in Höhe von 76.200 €
- Abfindungsgrenzen (§ 3 Abs. 2 BetrAVG) Für Renten 1% der Bezugsgröße sind 29,75 € monatlich (West) und 26,60 € monatlich (Ost) Für Kapital 12/10 der Bezugsgröße sind 3.570 € (West) und 3.192 € (Ost)
4. Krankenversicherung
In der Krankenversicherung ändern sich zum 01.01.2017 nachfolgende Werte:
- JAEG (Allgemeine Jahresarbeitsentgelt-Grenze): Die neue Versicherungspflichtgrenze beträgt 57.600 €
- BBMG (Beitragsbemessungsgrenze Kranken- und Pflegeversicherung): Im kommenden Jahr beläuft sich das als Bemessungsgrenze festgelegte Arbeitsentgelt auf 52.200 €
